I Write Like H.P. Lovecraft

Apparently, it is so. I used this online text analysis tool that takes your writing, and compares it with a battery of literary greats. Amazingly, Lovecraft is one of my favorite writers. While I am nought to deliver references to the Old Ones nor to summon the great Cthulhu, I am honored and surprised to receive the comparison.

That being said, I have no idea what kind of algorithm this site uses to generate its comparisons.

I clicked the link, and had one of my entries on my blog analyzed….. I write like Cory Doctorow…. I looked him up, but, I don[t think he writes anything like me. I had the site analyzed 3 more of my blogs……….. got the same result.

I know! All of my entries came up the same. I don’t think I write anything like H.P. Lovecraft at all, either.

Who is Cory Doctorow?

Apparently, he’s a guy who’s againts Internet censorship. He’s an author of science fiction books, and is co-editor of a blogsite BoingBoing somethimg.
